BALTIMORE’S FREE OLD FASHION ICE CREAM DEMO THURSDAY AUGUST 11TH 2011!

theafioutside Harbor Magic’s ADMIRAL FELL INN, located in the historic Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore, will host a FREE OLD FASHIONED ICE CREAM DEMO on Thursday, August 11th 2011 from 5:30 until 7:00 pm.

The OLD FASHIONED ICE CREAM DEMO is OPEN & FREE to the public and guests of Baltimore’s PIER 5 HOTEL, THE INN AT HENDERSON’S WHARF & THE ADMIRAL FELL INN. Adults and children are invited to join Harbor Magic’s Executive Chef Bryan Sullivan and his culinary team as they demonstrate how to make your own home-made ice cream and shares delicious recipes perfect for a refreshing dessert!

During the culinary event Harbor Magic’s Chef Bryan will be demonstrating how to make a variety of ice cream flavors including Blueberry Pie, Chocolate-Peanut Butter and Peaches and Creme. A full array of toppings and goodies will be available for self-serve ice cream sundaes… and of course, root beer and cream soda for make your own floats! Each guest of the OLD FASHIONED ICE CREAM DEMO will also receive two free alcoholic beverages (local beer or wine) and unlimited homemade ice cream.  Additional beverages will be available for purchase and ice cream is unlimited. ice_cream_making
